Why accounting

A steady career that AI makes more valuable, not obsolete

Software already handles a lot of routine data entry. What companies need now are people who can check that work, close the books, explain the numbers and keep client data safe. That's what this course teaches.

Antares AI tutor · Module 4 · Bank reconciliation
My bank balance is $12,480 but QuickBooks shows $12,930. Where do I start?
Start with timing differences. List deposits recorded in QuickBooks after the statement date, then outstanding checks. A $450 gap often means one uncleared deposit. Want a practice reconciliation with this exact case?
Yes, and check my adjusting entry after.
